Invisiyouth’s New Podcast Series

You may know that I am a proud brand leader for the UK for the American based non-profit chairty - Invisiyouth.

Why am I so passionate about supporting them?

Invisiyouth work extremely hard to give voices to youth’s and young adults who suffer with chronic & invisible illness, worldwide to give them a voice & help them work positively with their illnesses.

This is an issue so close to my own heart because I have and still do battle daily with feeling so invisible, isolated and alone in my battle and illness. Invisiyouth work around the clock to raise awareness and help chronic illness be accepted so that we can become better understood by society and included as well as simply helping sufferers make light of their situtations.

It’s a truly special but important cause. We all know someone touched by a chronic illness of some kind and Invisiyouth don’t just help bring the chronic & invisible illness communities together but their work helps support family and educate loved ones close to the suffering.

This coming Tuesday they are kicking off their first podcast in their new series on the Invisiyouth YouTube channel.

These podcasts will cover a wide range of illness but will help sufferers laugh and find humour in their daily battles. You know what they say- laughter is the best medicine.

Dominque the founder of Invisiyouth said;

“This will be the check in for a dose of stigma-breaking, humor-filling, empowerment-building life hacks and motivation for all the "medically adult-ish" young people. It is a biweekly video podcast when we'll bring guest experts from all illness/disability fields, like mental health, rare disease, and bereavement, to YouTubers, activists, adaptive athletes and actors, that are game-changers to young adults to tackle topics that are often too taboo, uncomfortable or common sense, while providing some lifestyle management and tips. It's a chat show unlike any other, with fun games, segments and guidebook sections.”

Please go and subscribe to Invisiyouth’s YouTube channel, find them on ITunes and don’t forget all the fun kicks off on Tuesday!

- Please note that the chairty works on American time and so the video’s and podcast’s may be available later in the day! They will still be available however so you can check them out whenever works with your schedule!

I think this is a fabulous idea by the Invisiyouth team and I can’t wait to get involved and see the roaring success I know this series will be. It really will enlighten the lights and inspire so many.

Thank you Dominque and her wonderful team for working ( as always)  so incredibly hard and supporting us in so many amazing ways.
