It's a new week - so let's get fired up and make this week a good one.
My aim for this week is of course EAT, rest, try and do as much as I can despite my migraines to keep myself busy and be around people with good vibes. As we want the whole package a healthy mind and a healthy body - both are equally important.
Plus I need to wrap up my book - which I am guilty of pushing back again because I have had yet more IDEAS on how to improve the outcome and have wanted to edit a little more. I have somehow managed to add an extra thirty pages onto the book through editing - not with any extra recipes but just making sure the text is perfect, the pictures are in place and the layout is on point.
It will all be worth it in the end - just CAN'T wait to see the finished product and I am TRULY hoping you all love it.
I had a lovely day with the family yesterday and it was very much needed, lots of fruit and lots of rice went down - of course. All you lovely's that follow me on Snapchat - @sophwardy , will have got bombarded with my nice cream and rice overload.
I also had Matthew trying 'nice' cream for the first time which I video'ed on Snapchat too, which was a success, I know he was sarky at first but as he says it's better than your dairy banana ice cream - so that's a massive positive because it's so good for you. Of course in my book you will find my fave 'nice' cream combo's and also additional ideas you can try yourself - and they are definitely worth a try!! You will be amazed.
We can start the Sophantastic buzz too when my book comes out and you all buy it ;) by hash tagging #Sophantastic when you try a recipe, post your picture on a social media outlet - I would simply LOVE to see you pictures and your feedback on the recipes I have created.
