Editing Complete, BOOK RELEASE DATE & Travel Shopping Craziness.

June 4, 2016

Finally after hours and hours - editing is complete and all is set and ready to go. With the help of Mama who also spent 4 hours going over my book with a fine tooth comb yesterday ( I think now she realizes how much time and effort it takes.) Thank you Mama for your time.

Feeling good about it all being complete.

It was driving me insane - I simply wanted the book to be as good as possible, and truly me.

So I am SO excited to announce that the book will be approved on the 8th JUNE  and hopefully on sale on the same day! EXCITING TIMES.

So please, please check it out and leave your comments on Amazon. I will send all the links to the stores where you can purchase my book on the day of release!

FEEL THE GOOD VIBES.

Matthew and I have had a pretty mad day running around Preston, getting all our important documents ready for America and ending up spending money on little extras like shoes too - oops. Then getting our money out - SUCH an expensive day. Luckily having such a awful migraine has numbed me so much, I am not worrying about all the money.

We also got our cameras sorted - eeeee.
Super excited about this as ALL of our adventure will be now documented, we have so many little plans so hopefully if all goes well it will be awesome and work out fab. But want to keep all under wraps for now.

Of course I will also be making note of all the foods and preparing for my next book which I will work on once home - so lots going on and all exciting.

My head is so bruised though and I am totally not with it - so thank god for having Matthew!

I am looking forward to tomorrow - it will be a lovely day and I am ready to CHILL and just take sometime for myself - I haven't really taken my 'recovery' time so far with editing so much and then organizing America! All needed but I am in need of some good food now and some rest!

So I will leave you all to your Saturday nights - enjoy however you are spending it.

Keep checking in for updates, and love and peace to all xo

SOPHIE'S
COOKING TIPS

#1
Feeling sluggish and rubbish when you have woken up? Get boosting up on bananas the more the better - they will help settle your stomach, boosting digestion, they are a mood enhancer, they will give you the energy you need and keep you full. Buy my book for banana receipe ideas.

#2
Wake up every morning and ATLEAST have one glass of lemon water before doing anything else! Ideally try to drink a litre of water. The lemon wakes up your digestive system ready for the day and has great cleansing properties.

#3
Check your dairy and meat intake - dairy can sit in your system for up to seven days unable to digest properly. Meaning other foods also get neglected and nurtients aren't absorbed properly and you feel extremely bloated. Go and smell your food bin, your stomach will be in that state. Rotting foods in your belly - hmm nice.

#4
DO NOT FEAR CARBS - THEY ARE NOT THE ENEMY! CARB UP!!
Bananas, Rice, Potatoes, Leafy Greens, Corn, Beans, Lentils etc PACK THEM IN GO MAD.

#5
NEVER COUNT CALORIES - NEVER RESTRICT!! These restriction 'starvation' diets who tell you to only eat 500 calories a day then have a treat day - where you binge out and eat WAY too much, is simply messing up your metabolism and on your binge days yours body stores all the fat meaning you gain weight because it knows it is going to go back into starvation mode and needs to hold onto every little thing it can. HELLO WEIGHT GAIN.

Life is too short not to live it to the full, making yourself happy.
