Sophantastic's Christmas Day 3 - missing that Christmas Pud? 1 week to go.

Hi everyone- with one week today until Christmas Day I thought the perfect product to tell you about was Nak'd Christmas Pud bar. Available in most supermarkets and cheap to purchase this is a super easy dessert option and if you love Christmas pudding this is for you.
2/3 Nak'd Christmas Pud bars served alongside Alpro's soy custard, also easily accessible in supermarkets.
-Heat your bars up in the microwave for 30mins.
-Follow the custard instructions to heat that up and then pour over the bars and there you go.
The easiest dessert! But if you are craving Christmas pudding and upset you 'thought' you had to miss having it this year, then please use this option and these products. The bar does taste like Christmas pudding, you could also add a dash of brandy to your custard to get that brandy flavour in as well.
Then you will have nailed this craving, still be able to eat the pudding Christmas is famous for and not feel out of place or upset because you are eating differently at the table. A win, win.

Meaning other foods also get neglected and nurtients aren't absorbed properly and you feel extremely bloated. Go and smell your food bin, your stomach will be in that state. Rotting foods in your belly - hmm nice.
DO NOT FEAR CARBS - THEY ARE NOT THE ENEMY! CARB UP!!
Bananas, Rice, Potatoes, Leafy Greens, Corn, Beans, Lentils etc PACK THEM IN GO MAD.
NEVER COUNT CALORIES - NEVER RESTRICT!! These restriction 'starvation' diets who tell you to only eat 500 calories a day then have a treat day - where you binge out and eat WAY too much, is simply messing up your metabolism and on your binge days yours body stores all the fat meaning you gain weight because it knows it is going to go back into starvation mode and needs to hold onto every little thing it can. HELLO WEIGHT GAIN.
