I hope you all had a lovely evening and welcomed in 2017 in true style.
Have you all written out your resolutions and goals for this year yet. I have brainstormed a few but I haven't put pen to paper and written them down. I have o many hopes and goals that I need to sit down properly re-order them and work out what is most important to me, rather than running myself into the ground trying to take on so much.
However here is my New Year's Eve video.
Check it out.
Everyone enjoyed the allergy-free pick and mix treats I put out to nibble on. I thought it would be a nice idea to have popcorn/sweet bag so we could all just have a mix of snacks and move around with them without making too much mess.
I had Goodie Good Stuff Sweets, Lazy Days Ginger Tiffin, Popchips - salt and vinegar and thai chilli, maple syrup roasted nuts, thai spiced nuts with coconut and pineapple, lemon sherbet and ginger bread popcorn.
Not all your traditional 'movie' snacks, but I got as close as I could to that vibe.
And they were very yummy!
What are all of your resolutions for this year? Do you have a few or just one main goal you are really focusing on?
I never realised how 'main stream' the plant-based diet was becoming for it now to be a 'diet' to try through January to help improve health and well-being. This is amazing news - of course, the more people who try and benefit from this lifestyle the better. I was just taken aback how many people have mentioned to me in the last few days that they are ditching dairy for January because they know it affects them and they want to see whether they can live without it for good. With other people taking it one step further and actually committing themselves to a plant-based diet for 30 days.
I wish you all the best of luck on your journeys and I am always here if anyone needs advice or support. I would also love and appreciate your opinion on this way of eating and living, as always your feedback is so useful and helps us learn and grow even more.
With only three weeks until my booking signing at
Acresfield Health Club and Spa, 4pm - 7pm.
Free Entry and everyone is welcome!!
I have a limited amount of books to sell on the evening but I will have an orders list where you can order and still receive the free gift and good bag for 'purchasing' on the evening.
Read and enjoyed United Tastes Of America - please head over to Amazon.com and review the book, we want to see your feedback, we learn and gain so much from it. So please get on over there and pen your thoughts.
I hope this year is filled with success books, yummy foods and exciting travel adventures.
With so many ideas my mind just wants to burst.
So cheers to an exciting month and hopefully a successful and fun filled year.
LOVE AND PEACE.
