Poem - Dr Fate.

Dr fate,

I know I am your bait,

Let's set a date, 

Forgetting the hate,

 

The pain is real,

You know full well how I feel,

All the challenges you give me with them I do deal,

Now I just wish to heal,

 

Dr fate,

I want to be your mate,

I am never late,

You send me on a path but don't meet me at the gate,

Leaving me in a lost state,

 

The journey I take on,

Hoping one day the hell will be gone,

Why did you choose me to be the one,

Where the hell lives on,

 

Dr fate,

Is there an end date?

To my dreams I am already late,

With my emotions on paper I paint,

 

The hell,

The sadness on my face - can't you tell, 

My goal to be well,

My soul to you I did sell, 

 

Dr fate,

Your tasks I really do hate,

On my face a smile I do paint,

Strength my main trait,

 

See me here,

You are forever near,

Your wise words to me I do hold dear,

You in my ear I always hear,

 

Dr fate,

Why the wait?

Rainbows in the sky's above I try to paint,

Finding the key to unlock the gate,

 

One day the sun will shine on me,

Will I then be free?

Happy I will be,

That my task is complete and behind me,

 

Dr fate,

The lonliness I hate,

My mental state, 

My demon's become my main mate, 

 

The tears,

Over the endless years,

The everyday fears,

I want to hear the victory cheers,

 

Dr fate,

Is my Christmas present late,

Walk with me to the garden gate, 

The beauty of the world in its best state,

 

I apprecite your test,

But now I wish to rest,

Everyday I try my best,

The pain my unwanted guest,

 

Dr fate,

You I don't hate,

You make me dizzy I want to faint,

Make me a Saint, 

 

For the ride,

You are my guide,

Always by my side,

Criticising how I glide,

 

Dr fate,

I know I am your bait,

My faith in my heart you do grate,

Let's set an end date,

 

You name,

My middle name,

Why play this game,

You are driving me insane,

 

Dr fate,

To my appointment you were late,

I am in a state,

Why make me wait?

 

I still search for the sun,

I try to enjoy the fun,

To me you point your gun,

My life flashes in front of me - it never felt it had begun,

 

Dr fate,

Catch me as I faint,

In my life once again bright colours paint,

Restoring me to my orginal state.

Wake up every morning and ATLEAST have one glass of lemon water before doing anything else! Ideally try to drink a litre of water. The lemon wakes up your digestive system ready for the day and has great cleansing properties.

Check your dairy and meat intake - dairy can sit in your system for up to seven days unable to digest properly. Meaning other foods also get neglected and nurtients aren't absorbed properly and you feel extremely bloated. Go and smell your food bin, your stomach will be in that state. Rotting foods in your belly - hmm nice.

DO NOT FEAR CARBS - THEY ARE NOT THE ENEMY! CARB UP!!
Bananas, Rice, Potatoes, Leafy Greens, Corn, Beans, Lentils etc PACK THEM IN GO MAD.

NEVER COUNT CALORIES - NEVER RESTRICT!! These restriction 'starvation' diets who tell you to only eat 500 calories a day then have a treat day - where you binge out and eat WAY too much, is simply messing up your metabolism and on your binge days yours body stores all the fat meaning you gain weight because it knows it is going to go back into starvation mode and needs to hold onto every little thing it can. HELLO WEIGHT GAIN. 

Life is too short not to live it to the full, making yourself happy.
