The hardest thing in the world is to be at peace with one’s self.
We spend our lives - self-loathing, blaming ourselves and punishing ourselves for problems and issues that are out of control.
We blame ourselves for our illnesses and the strains on our family.
We live amongst upset, sadness and guilt. This only promoting negative thoughts and negativity.
We need to stop these feelings and thoughts and look on the flip side. We have enough negativity in our lives without us adding to it.
We all crave happiness but we need to stop wishing for it and putting into motions the actions that bring us happiness.
Wishing and carrying on self-punishment won’t equal happiness will it?
We have to do the maths.
How can I forgive myself?
- focus on all your amazing skills and hard work.
- look back at all your success.
- focus on your strength - whether it’s battling illness or through hard times.
- focus of the joy you bring people.
- focus on the hobbies that you enjoy.
- focus on your worth.
Take the time to realise your purpose on Earth.
You don’t have to be a world leader or a famous pop star to leave footprints and have a purpose.
You can make a difference by simply smiling.
Your smile could cause someone to smile back and realise they can still smile despite maybe facing a hard period in their lives.
Your painting could hang on someone’s wall and brighten their home, sending positive vibes whenever the owner looks at it.
A simple text message asking how a person is could make that person feel loved.
We may feel guilty for the strains and upset we cause our loved ones and we may punish ourselves and feel worthless.
Our loved ones however think the world of us and celebrate our skills and successes. Their world wouldn’t be the same without us.
They would miss our little text messages, they would miss watching us laugh and tell bad jokes, they would miss reading our poetry and writing work. We must remember these things.
Like we would miss them, why would it be any different for you.
You hold the same amount of worth to them and the world as they do you.
Wrap yourself up and make sure you are snug in a bed of postivity and self-love.
You are unique!
You are a kind person.
You have many talents and skills.
You are worthy.
People do miss you.
Everyone, sins and makes mistakes. From them we have to learn and build upon.
Punishing and focusing on the negatives only brings sadness.
Take and always work hard to find the positives in every situation and celebrate them.
The festive period is all about happiness and joy!
So let’s make a conscious effort to become happier in ourselves and enjoy JOY!
You deserve it!
I love you all dearly,
Thank you for reading.

Check your dairy and meat intake - dairy can sit in your system for up to seven days unable to digest properly. Meaning other foods also get neglected and nurtients aren't absorbed properly and you feel extremely bloated. Go and smell your food bin, your stomach will be in that state.
