Trying hard to find things that to me are pleasing,
Christmas all around,
Song and song is the only sound,
To loud you go dizzy,
Your hair from the weather all frizzy,
The joy hasn’t injected you yet,
Hoping I won’t forget,
The day in itself you see,
My mind isn’t always on my side you see,
Black outs and time wiped out,
Filling you with doubt,
Don’t know what to say,
You waffle on in any way,
Life - what life do you have now?
People don’t understand how,
You can’t cure yourself in a quick fix,
Maybe they need introducing to a tick,
I may smile so you don’t see my pain,
Doesn’t mean it’s not a strain,
When does this time pass,
Today I have no sass,
Losing myself like leaves from the trees,
Pain waves like the waves in the seas,
Trying to piece together a puzzle with no complete picture,
We are left looking at the bigger picture,
It’s not just the day we have to see through,
But all the years left in you,
What’s in store,
I had so much I wanted to explore,
A person you don’t really know,
Hoping this to others does not show,
I lose count,
The pain from feeling miles away for life,
Cuts through you harder than a knife,
I can’t do much anymore,
I’ve turned into someone I hate and a total bore,
Maybe tomorrow will be different you say,
Mostly it will be a fight in a whole new way,
So I best rest up for now,
Otherwise get through the day I won’t know how,
My life is my story however complex and sad,
For some sun and peace I will be glad,
The Christmas countdown has begun,
When the day is over the battle will yet to be won.

Wake up every morning and ATLEAST have one glass of lemon water before doing anything else! Ideally try to drink a litre of water. The lemon wakes up your digestive system ready for the day and has great cleansing properties.
Check your dairy and meat intake - dairy can sit in your system for up to seven days unable to digest properly. Meaning other foods also get neglected and nurtients aren't absorbed properly and you feel extremely bloated. Go and smell your food bin, your stomach will be in that state. Rotting foods in your belly - hmm nice.
DO NOT FEAR CARBS - THEY ARE NOT THE ENEMY! CARB UP!!
Bananas, Rice, Potatoes, Leafy Greens, Corn, Beans, Lentils etc PACK THEM IN GO MAD.
NEVER COUNT CALORIES - NEVER RESTRICT!! These restriction 'starvation' diets who tell you to only eat 500 calories a day then have a treat day - where you binge out and eat WAY too much, is simply messing up your metabolism and on your binge days yours body stores all the fat meaning you gain weight because it knows it is going to go back into starvation mode and needs to hold onto every little thing it can. HELLO WEIGHT GAIN.
