Life.

Life.

Our greatest mystery and our toughest mission.

Life paints us a picture that we can become and create anything we want with the time, body, mind and soul we were given.

It forgets to tell us that life itself lives on the edge, there is no tour guide or instructions manual. You walk alone.

We become fearful of this and end up relying on professionals for all our answers. When they don’t have them we look to point blame.

We are told that if we work hard we will reach our goals and win at life. If only this was so. They never tell you or teach you how to prepare for disappointment and blame.

We work on the belief that our lives are our stories and they are. We want to be the one holding the pen, none of us really willing to accept the reality that for the majority we allow others and fate to do all of the work.

People work on the belief that tomorrow will be different but don’t put motion into change.

We wait.. we lie and make excuses to hide our unhappiness.

Wrong timings, it’s complicated and distance. We don’t want to risk our settled set up for what our heart is truly craving and wants.

So many die with regrets. They become slaves to expections and the myth of perfection. They follow rules rather than their hearts.

People train themselves to hide emotion and believes that showing emotions is a weakness. Bottling trumor and upset 😢 up really ruins our mental health.

We put up barriers and close ourselves off. Shielding ourselves from help and advice.

We forget the true gems of life - love and kindness. Our barriers cause us to become closed off and narrow minded. We forget to dream big, the bigger the better and we fear, fear itself.

We moan but aren’t proactive. We are critical not only of others but of ourselves and we get trapped in a destructive cycle. We look to others to help and show us the answers we feel we need but we don’t ask the questions ourselves or go searching for them.

We forget love and are absorbed by hate, we feed negativity and in return we get negativity back. We forget that law of attraction is not a myth but very real.

We have the power to make a rainbow in grey skies but we forget our power.

We are wrapped in a whirlwind and are forever telling ourselves that we aren’t quite enough. We see our pain as punishments and wonder what our crimes are. We must seen our pain as lesson and our punishments as challenges to take on.

We become greedy, life promised us the world and we expect it. Forgetting the best things in life are free.

We abuse ourselves, our hearts, soul, minds and body. Believing we are forever invincible and forgetting so much can change is such a short period of time.

We forget that live and time moves on- regardless whether you are in or whether you are out. It is up to you which you choose.

Life is a game, which has many players but not all are winners.

We believe we are the lucky ones who won’t be faced with health problems. Yet so many of us at some point are faced with health complications.

We believe we have choices over everything but many things are out of our control.

We face storms but as the weather proves they always have to pass. We can rebuild our homes or wait for others to tell us how to pick up the pieces.

We are responsible for saving ourselves.

If life so far has taught me anything. It’s be grateful for for everything! Nothing is a given. Work hard but also play hard. Everyone is on a time limit and time is precious. Spread love and kindness- hate is to tiring and unproductive. Speak my heart and mind, don’t be silent. Love myself a little more. Do things for me. Knowledge is power. Dream big and chase them.

We are our own hero’s.

Life is the golden ticket - but it’s a golden ticket not to the chocolate factory but the scariest rollercoaster that could ever be made.

Embrace the ride. Expect nothing, fight for happiness, be grateful for everything, be true to you, work hard & follow your heart - no matter what.

COOKING TIPS

#1
Feeling sluggish and rubbish when you have woken up? Get boosting up on bananas the more the better - they will help settle your stomach, boosting digestion, they are a mood enhancer, they will give you the energy you need and keep you full. Buy my book for banana receipe ideas.

#2
Wake up every morning and ATLEAST have one glass of lemon water before doing anything else! Ideally try to drink a litre of water. The lemon wakes up your digestive system ready for the day and has great cleansing properties.

#3
Check your dairy and meat intake - dairy can sit in your system for up to seven days unable to digest properly. Meaning other foods also get neglected and nurtients aren't absorbed properly and you feel extremely bloated. Go and smell your food bin, your stomach will be in that state. Rotting foods in your belly - hmm nice.

#4
DO NOT FEAR CARBS - THEY ARE NOT THE ENEMY! CARB UP!!
Bananas, Rice, Potatoes, Leafy Greens, Corn, Beans, Lentils etc PACK THEM IN GO MAD.

#5
NEVER COUNT CALORIES - NEVER RESTRICT!! These restriction 'starvation' diets who tell you to only eat 500 calories a day then have a treat day - where you binge out and eat WAY too much, is simply messing up your metabolism and on your binge days yours body stores all the fat meaning you gain weight because it knows it is going to go back into starvation mode and needs to hold onto every little thing it can. HELLO WEIGHT GAIN.

Life is too short not to live it to the full, making yourself happy.
