The Mystery

December 29, 2018

There is never any answers in life. Always a mystery

No matter how many clues we get right we can’t uncover a lot of the mystery. Maybe that is the answer — life doesn’t want to be solved.

The journey is often complex, with lots of bumps, uneven surfaces and surprises. We don’t often like these facts but we weather the storms and choose to dance in the rain.

Our expectations are often a little too high but it’s better that they are higher than lower because we give ourselves the fire in our souls to chase our dreams.

The sadness from the challenges we face aren’t punishments, only valuable lessons and accepting that we aren’t the ones who deserve the punishment is a task in itself.

The treasures life presents should be highlighted and celebrated. We must bank them like we bank our money, for the rainy days. They are the doses of motivation that keep us in the sun rather than the shade.

We must appreciate that people add the sparkle to our lives and we need to have the brightest lights, fire crackers and fireworks around us. Our memories - good and bad are both equally valuable and we gain so much from both types. We often spend a lot of time ‘blanking’ out certain memories but we have to learn to accept them so we can move on with little hurt and anger. Growing in the best way.

A new year doesn’t change the foundations of our being. We have the power to be our best self all the time. We don’t need the closing of a chapter or a new day to reinvent ourselves or chase our dreams.

Our dreams are important to keep but are also important to share — to gain support, inspiration and the push needed to keep working hard.

We have a choice to hibernate from the world. Feeling embarrassed because we don’t follow the ideal that is painted out to us. Or we can raise up. Find our voice and own the person we are. We may not be the prettiest, the most fun or the most talented but we have to believe we bring a lot to people’s lives and to the table for others to believe so too.

People want you to give up on the game and retire. You have to prove them wrong and celebrate the evidence you have to defend your proof.

Life doesn’t have answers, it’s just a mystery. Just like you.

We can hide away, or take on the world in our own special way. We can have a pocket full of dreams, a positive mindset and cheerleaders on the front line.

Normal is boring...

so why are we trying to find the answers and fit the mould?

We are all unique and we are all making footprints in our own way.

We hold the pen to our own stories, and we have the control over what is revealed and what is kept secret. Often a blurry line and a boundary that is hard for us to fully understand. Success in an manner or way takes time. It takes time to heal an open wound and even longer for those far deeper than the surface. We are only human and are allowed to be vulnerable we just can't allow ourselves to be defeat. We have to have trust in fate, because without trust all of our ideals and dreams become out of reach to us.

The crazier the better and people don't have to agree or understand your ideas or mindset. Often positivity and craziness is threatening to those who sadly lack in creativity and belief.

I watch many murder mysteries where crimes are simply left unsolved because nobody can fully connect all the dots. There isn't a strong enough lead to equate to an answer. That is how life is, the dots mostly don't connect and there is rarely a clear lead. We have to learn to accept and appreciate the good. Make sense of the memories we hold dear, the lessons we learn and our dreams moving forward.

We can't please everyone and we have to give up trying. We have to feed our own souls because everyone else is busy feeding their own too. We have to decode the messages fate gives us and make the best of the lessons it wants us to learn from.

A new year is coming ... time to set new goals, new dreams but remember you should enjoy and celebrate being you all year round. No date & time should ever stop or start your glow you give to the world.

Never stop believing, never stop chasing and remember sometimes being a mystery is your strongest strength.

COOKING TIPS

#1
Feeling sluggish and rubbish when you have woken up? Get boosting up on bananas the more the better - they will help settle your stomach, boosting digestion, they are a mood enhancer, they will give you the energy you need and keep you full. Buy my book for banana receipe ideas.

#2
Wake up every morning and ATLEAST have one glass of lemon water before doing anything else! Ideally try to drink a litre of water. The lemon wakes up your digestive system ready for the day and has great cleansing properties.

#3
Check your dairy and meat intake - dairy can sit in your system for up to seven days unable to digest properly. Meaning other foods also get neglected and nurtients aren't absorbed properly and you feel extremely bloated. Go and smell your food bin, your stomach will be in that state. Rotting foods in your belly - hmm nice.

#4
DO NOT FEAR CARBS - THEY ARE NOT THE ENEMY! CARB UP!!
Bananas, Rice, Potatoes, Leafy Greens, Corn, Beans, Lentils etc PACK THEM IN GO MAD.

#5
NEVER COUNT CALORIES - NEVER RESTRICT!! These restriction 'starvation' diets who tell you to only eat 500 calories a day then have a treat day - where you binge out and eat WAY too much, is simply messing up your metabolism and on your binge days yours body stores all the fat meaning you gain weight because it knows it is going to go back into starvation mode and needs to hold onto every little thing it can. HELLO WEIGHT GAIN.

Life is too short not to live it to the full, making yourself happy.
