Your question: How are things going to work?
Well..
As the world begins to reopen, so does travel: SLOWLY.
BUT
Our anxieties are going through the roof with the idea. I KNOW, I feel you.
SO, how is the system going to work?
Airports are a place full of queues, crowds, people & confined places.
Let’s break it down:
️1) CAFES AND RESTAURANTS ARE NOT OPEN❌
2)❗️More protective screens have been placed around the airports.
3) KEEP WASHING YOUR HANDS! There will be MORE washing stations around the airports.
4) Bus journeys to aircrafts will be limited & only used as a last resort if the aircraft can not taxi closer to the airport.
5)❗️ Queues will be social distanced.
6) MASKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES.
7) TEMPERATURE CHECKS ARE BEKNG EXPERIMENTED BY STAFF.
Security checks & requirements are the SAME as before so you will be asked to place liquids in clear plastic bags, to remove coats, electronics , belts, keys & shoes . Masks my be asked to be removed if you are checked over.
YOU CAN BOOK YOUR 15 MINUTE SLOT FOR SECURITY. This is in hope the airports can cut queues and manage crowds. I love this idea .
